| As a plus 30 reader (not a teenager) who loved the first three books of the Twilight series (and who has reread them over and over again) words cannot express how deeply I am letdown by Stephenie Meyers "finale" to the saga. I barely could finish the book I found it so predictable and boring.
Breaking Dawn fails in so many ways. The characters seem to lose their identities and personalities and take on a one-dimensional aspect. Meyer repeatedly contradicts herself in this book for the sake of tying up loose ends (example: if vampires are the walking dead how can they sire babies?). This book really speaks to me. My mind is so busy that sometimes I absentmindedly arrive at a place and then ask myself what I wanted to do here. Within a few moments my mind goes through a number of different thoughts forgetting about the reason that directed me to a certain place. And this is why this book is so helpful. Eckhart Tolle provides simple solution to people like me. The solution is simple but in no way it is easy! The solution is getting rid of the noise in the head and focusing on the present moment and the one single activity that you are undertaking in this moment. | Like all great people, Randy Pausch was a better person than any written text will ever represent. In my many College and University experiences I have had the privilege to listen to a few last lectures from my favorite professors in the past. All have been moving, all have inspired. But this "Last Lecture" is something different altogether. Pausch was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2006 and was given only several months to live, which makes his message all the more inspiring. Pausch gave his last lecture in Sept of 2007 and died July 2008.

| I got this book base on the good reviews and it's a bestseller. I just don't get the point of this story, what is the story really? Because I don't see much changes or happen to the characters till the end, like the other reviews
I also waiting for something to happen or at least change some one's life in the story, I have a very hard time reading this book and during the first few pages I already knew it's not what I expected. I was expected this to be an easy, funny, entertaining story but the main character is so hollow, and flat, the story of her with the ex didn't have any special elements to talk about, and this is the faster book I ever read in many of my books, because I actually just skip through all the pages until I read the conservations, there's many ... | This book was very disappointing. I LOVE to cook, and found the recipes were very labour intensive (all that puree-ing, even for someone who loves to be in the kitchen...give me a break!). The foods I prepared were ixnayed by my kids, and my husband who eats almost anything wasn't so impressed either. I wish I could return it, but I've thrown out my receipt. Anyway, what I've learned from this is that yes, we all want our families to eat healthier foods. How do we accomplish this? Set the example by eating it ourselves, keep serving it to them (not hiding it, just making it really yummy!), and eventually they will follow suit. And if they grow up and hate broccoli? No problem, as long as they eat their carrots : ) |

| I highly recommend this book. This book does not cater to young adults like her others. It had me laughing and crying. It is fabulous and I think you will not be disappointed. |
