 Rating:  - Acer X222W Excellent monitor from Acer. Set at 1680x1050 resolution the X222W gives a crisp bright display. No hesitation to give it 5 stars! Used on both DVI and VGA ports (cables provided) Games, internet and movies all are great on the X222W. This monitor is HDCP compliant so HD DVD playback is superb...ha BluRay playback (how did this format win over HD DVD) is another story. As Bluray appears to have all kinds of copyright protection issues with Cyberlink 7 Ultra software (bundled with HD/Bluray LG Drive) it insists on playing a movie for about 8 seconds before stopping...huhhh, then claims this monitor is not HDCP. If anyone else has "Error code 0110" with cyberlink just try using ANYDVD software (runs with Cyberlink player) and all formats play ... Read More Rating:  - Good Value but......I purchased this product as a replacement for a 17" Fujitsu monitor for my desk at work. It is stylish and certainly has a big, wide screen. Despite spending some time tring to get the balance right, I have not been able to get this screen to produce pin-sharp images and there is some pixel bleed. I have no doubt that it fine for people who want to use it for gaming and in that regard it is probably worth a 5 star rating. Sadly for office work, particularly using MS Word, the screen could be better: I would temper that statement with the fact that using Excel has been transformed on my desk, but the same issues regardin glong term use remain.
