| I originally bought this from B&Q and loaded it with batteries. It was great for a week but then started squarking. I got a replacment from B&Q but this was no better. I spoke directly to the company (STV) and they were very good, they exchanged and sent me a replacement, this was OK but I could hear it - they told me that I should definitely not be able to and have sent me yet another replacment. This time it appears to be OK but it has only been on for an hour, we'll see how it goes.
I have a feeling that it becomes audible when the batteries get low - anyone having problems should try loading new batteries. Even though I could hear them they did appear to be effective. |
