| I don't understand why so many are disappointed with season 6. In my humble view, it has the best written, most sophisticated script of the series. While all the plot twists and surprises and tension in previous seasons had been created with great skill and cleverness, the characters and events in is one is so authentic, it is as if the writers have matured over the course of the 6 series, and has had time to look into even deeper into the things that affect all of our lives - clear and present danger NOW. And the result - is beyond fab or brilliant. It is simply masterly. | I usually go the gym for class sessions but want to make the most of my time not having to travel. I bought two other 10 Minute solutions DVDs and I am very impressed. I've used them as a whole hour work out and as the ten min specific area training and found them very easy to follow and understand. I would highly recommend 10 minute solutions to anyone wanting to train at home. |

| At the end of season 3 we were given the shocking conclusion of losing the team we have loved for three years. Foreman quit because he didn't want to become House, Cameron quit because it was time for a change and Chase was fired. I know a lot of dedicated fans felt this was a big mistake, as these were characters that we had fallen in love with and didn't want to say goodbye to. | The best show to hit our TVs in a long long while!
DH season 4 has so much more than the previous seasons. Yes, 1,2 & 3 were all amazing, yet season 4 just has that little bit extra; a central mystery that keeps you enthralled and gagging for more, great acing and laugh out loud moments (especially the "Lynette-charades ninja" moment) adn of course the Tornado episode: "Something's Coming." Possibly the best episode of DH so far. (ALthough it's hard to decide between that and "BANG" from season 3.) A must have set for all fans, and any people who love mystery, drama, romance and hilarious TV. |

| After 50+ years of enjoying cinema,films of all types..but mostly films that engage the audience and require input...I have never complained about a Director of Photography before....every episode of "Rome" that mentioned the dreaded Marco Pontecorvo as the DOP..stand by for an amateur version of "The Shield"-all hand held..in your face,up your bum-whatever..wobbly picture,jerky background,cast walking right across the foreground of the frame-absolute RUBBISH..and with a famous Director as his father!!!- a little man with a massive ego..and directors letting him get away with it?Although this element stinks the place out-everything else about "Rome" is superb. |

| The first series of Lost was excellent. It had a good basic idea, some interesting characters and some good plotlines (although some silly ones). Season 2 was a pleasant surprise, and was much better than I expected. Season 3 fulfilled all of my expectations, and was horrible.
I knew this was going to happen because of Alias. Alias was another great idea which ran on for far too long, and both series give me exactly the same impression. I imagine the writers sitting in a room at the start of each episode, and saying to each other "OK, now how can we jerk the audience around totally in this episode?" Because that's all they do. | i watched it by chance on a saturday night on Channel 5 as they were replaying it...
somehow i started to watch it all the time, got addicted to it to the point i had to watch it no matter what Now i own all the 3 season, about to get the 4th... I have never loved a program so much... i love the characters,,they grow on you and there aren't too many of them so you really get to know them well... you'll love them all. Best show ever for me! |

| It's reasonably clean family viewing if you're into super heroes and big boy's toys. Well I liked it!
It's worth watching just to see the suit being fitted to Tony Stark (Rob Downey jr). Iron man is pretty 2d character in the comics (in my opinion), but thanks to the marvels of CGI the best thing about him - his suit - is brought marvelously to life. Add to that some good performances from Downey and Co, plus a half decent plot and you get a pretty good movie. I saw this at the cinema and loved it! I saw The Dark Knight on the other hand and was disappointed. This is comic book escapism and good clean fun (if memory serves me right) and stands comfortably besides Spiderman and the newer Superman movie. In short, I recommend ... Read More |
