| I have never used a carpet cleaner before but moved into a new house and wanted to clean the carpets. This machine is very large and bulky. The water bladder empties very quickly and you are constantly refilling to clean a room. The carpet felt damp to the touch but not soaking wet. It did pick up a lot of dirt and excess water which is excellent. The carpets look clean and brushed after use.
The hand tools are fine for small areas. The tools are quite heavy and the hand tool plus hose kept falling off the machine mid clean. |

| This is a marvellous vacuum cleaner. The suction is amazing, and the casing is clear plastic so you can see when the cylinder needs emptying or the brushes need cleaning. Yes, it is quite heavy and noisy but that can be forgiven when you weigh it up (literally) against the performance. I've had Dysons before and they are nothing on this. My only slight niggle would be that the cleaner is so powerful that it practically drags me along, and I don't feel terribly in control. But that's what husbands are for, right?! |

| After many attempts at getting our first choice.. a Vax, we decided to give up and try this one... it still took a while to arrive but well worth the wait.
Cleans everything it claims to, and well Leaves very little water behind.. so dries quick Two in one water (fresh and waste) system saves time Being an upright saves backache/sore arms Really does draws out deep dirt and grit Downside ?? I guess the cleaning fluids are expensive... buy there are great deals for it on Ebay.. All in all a great bit of kit I would recommend without any worries. |

| I bought this item after reading the glowing feedback left by previous customers and had high expectations for it. I too have ivory carpets and operate a "shoes off" rule, but as you would expect my carpets still get rather dirty. The cleaner is good if all you want to do is give your carpet a quick refresh, but it is pretty useless at removing marks. The solution is expensive and you go through it at a rate of knots if you use the "heavy traffic" setting. I have tried the stubborn stain pre-treater, but after spending a lot of money on my Bissell I still have to resort to Vanish spray to get rid of any marks and then run the machine over the carpet. | OMG - what a fantastic purchase! My Bissell Quickwash just arrived and I couldn't wait to try it out. We have a lounge carpet that is well past it. It hasn't been professionally cleaned in like 10 years (I hated the inconvenience of having it soaking wet for 3-4 days when someone came in to do it) and despite the scrubbing by hand with every carpet soap on the market, it was constantly in a bad state - never getting clean. I have been waiting to get a new carpet, but daily life has got in the way of making the purchase. Then I found this on Amazon and decided to give it a go.
