| The plastic tabs that hold the lid down are very flimsy and are cracking and wont last very long,I have tried to glue it, this could be a major design fault- can I buy a new lid? |

| I bought this product from Tesco's online and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When it did arrive, it turned out to be a complete waste of money. Firstly, it's noisy and vibrates the kitchen worktop like Bob The Builder on steroids.
I found the only way to get a cup of tea/coffee at a decent temperature was to let the thing spit and gurgle into an empty cup for a few seconds before throwing this first lukewarm dribble away and replacing my cup under the spout only when I saw steam begin to sublimate from the stream. I say 'stream' when in reality it's more like waiting for an incontinent pensioner to finish their business. | Just received my Rice Cooker today & could not resist trying out tonight.
I know I have only used it once but wow. East to use rice cooked for 3 people in under 20mins to perfection. Could not belive how good it is.I've learn some Indian cooking and my rice always let the meal down. Not from now on. As previous users have said treat yourself. I took their advise and going to bed tonight pleased I did (and will get up tomorrow and go to the supermarket & stock up on Rice) This is one kitchen appliance that will get plenty of use. And at this price it is a bargin as I have seen it at £15 more elsewhere. A Must buy. |

| This iron has the features I wanted and some I didn't know I wanted. My last iron was heavy and I liked it, not having to press down. The bottom of this one is coated to make it glide easily which was not true with earlier irons. The turbo steam is really fierce which I think is a good thing. The ultracord seemed like a gimmick, but isn't - the cord doesn't bang my wrist and if I didn't like it, I wouldn't have to use it. The iron heats quickly, the cord is extra long, it's easy to fill and the base is very steady. I can't fault it.

| This is excellent. Poaches eggs perfect, boils eggs perfect. They should really make one that cooks up to 4 peices of toast and 2 poached eggs.
It does do up to 4 boiled eggs though - very good. |

| I love the machine and the coffee but I do not take sugar in my drinks and cannot find any of the drinks with sugar free milk in the boxes. Has anyone found the milk without sugar for this machine if so where?

| I make a lot of coffee: I fill this with beans at least twice a day, every day for the past ten years or so, and this little baby is still going strong. Sure, a burr grinder makes it easier to be precise, but after all this time I'm pretty accurate about the grind time. Some other reviewers have had a different experience, but I can testify that it's at least possible for one of these to last over a decade of constant use. |

| The results with this steamer are good but I found it difficult to put together - the bases of each tier clip in and are difficult to position correctly. It didn't feel very stable to me and I felt that a small knock would dislodge the tiers - not a good idea with boiling water and steam. Capacity is good and you can just use how ever many layers you need. If you are prepared to put it somewhere out of anyone's way when in use then it is good for the price but I am so unhappy with the safety aspects that I shall be returning the steamer. |

I have never reviewed anything before, but I had to tell everyone how fantastic this iron is. Its the best, it gets through everything so effortlessly, jeans, cotton shirts no problem. My husband loves it also (he does all his own ironing) it makes light work of his Army uniform and gets great results. I still hate ironing with a passion but I spend less time doing it now. |
