| I loved Cold Play's two first albums, I feel like I could get absorbed in them and never skip a track.
I have listened to this new album about 10 times and I just don't feel the same way about this album. When listening to this album I honestly say I enjoy about 3 of the songs, the rest well I really don't. |

| Parachutes is still my favourit album from Coldplay. This album contributed to coldplays success with great songs Shivers, Yellow, High Speed, Everythings not lost. What can I say one of the best English bands ever. |

| Anyone who claims to be a Coldplay fan and likes this album, clearly hasn't listened to 'Parachutes' or 'A Rush of Blood to the Head' two good strong albums, littered with really good songs like 'Yellow', 'Shiver', 'The Scientist', 'In My Place' etc... , whereas 'X & Y' has no good songs, the only half decent thing i liked about this album was one of the videos where an old lady is doing some acrobatic tricks. |

| Got the E.P. and it's great but i'm only writing the review to say the tracklisting is wrong. I guess that much is quite obvious really - i can't imagine Chris crooning "Embraceable You" (although that could be fun)

| This is the album the band wants to be remembered by and it looks like they have achieved just that.
The opening song ,Life in Technicolour has a great melody and no lyrics. you can notice the hand of Brian Eno who produced it ,is an innovative song hintting of a new direction in the band's style. It sounds like a fragment from Joshua tree. Cemeteries of London is the best track in the album and will remind you of parachutes, this is when coldplay are at its best and the voice of Chris Martin suits the music very well. Lovers in Japan is a brilliant song with the same backing guitars and drums as One by U2 and is very fresh and optimistic track. Perhaps is one of the most progressive in the album.
