| I travel very regularly and the only carriers from my airport are low cost so I ALWAY have the pre-flight luggage weight stress. That was until I discovered these wonderful scales. They are easy to use - you just clip them around the handle, pick up the luggage, wait for the beep (3 secs) and the weight is recorded. I have found that they are accurate to within about 0.2 of the airport scales.
I highly recommend these - buy them you won't be disappointed! |

| Returning from a two week holiday to a front garden rank with the stench of cat faeces was the final straw. My initial musings about using Indiana-Jones style traps to launch the vermin back into my neighbours garden left me questioning my own sanity, so I bought a Big Cheese instead. It works! There were only two turds left in the first week after installation and then nothing after that. Why not five stars? The two 9v batteries (not included) were spent within one month so I've had to connect it up to an old d.c. adapter. A d.c. adapter increases the volume so it's worth using one. NB: It IS audible if you have good hearing and the sound is irritating if you're near it. But in such circumstances you just turn it off. |

| I have just taken delivery of this lawnmower and what can I say, absolutely fantastic! I have an allotment with a newly seeded lawn in need of its first cut, so I spent a couple of nights on the net, looking at different options. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a lawnmower, what with the recent break-ins to sheds, but wanted something that wasn't going to chew up my hard work. Reading other reviews, I decided this was the best choice, and for 30 quid, delivered it was worth a risk. | I have recently purchased this lawnmower after reading the reviews on Amazon. My last lawnmower was a Flymo which was about 5 years old.
Having just used the Rotak 40 for the first time, i am amazed at how well it has cut my grass compared to the Flymo. This mower seems to cut the grass instead of ripping it like the Flymo. The Rotak also gets much closer to the edges. The only reason I have given this mower a 4 instead of a 5 is that it would have been nice for Bosch to have installed an easy wind in cable assessory rather than having to wrap the cable around the handle bars which Flymo do provide. | After realising that I'd not trimmed the hedge in my back garden for about 3 years, I figured I'd better get it sorted. Shopped around a bit for a hedge cutter and eventually settled on the Bosch.
What a good choice. From taking it out of it's box, to sweeping up the trimmings once I'd finished cutting took less than an hour - and this hedge is about 10m long. It's very light which makes it easier to use. The blades are pretty long which gives you a better reach if you have a tall or deep hedge. The power cord is a decent length. | I bought this to replace a hand-me-down hover mover which finally packed up. I'm very pleased, although perhaps I should have spent the extra money and bought the Rotak 34 (more on this later).
The lawnmower is light, cuts well, and the grass collection is very efficient. It copes very well with the unevenness of the surface. It's much, much easier to push round than my old hover mower, and the balance barely changes as the grass box fills up. On one side of my lawn I have raised beds behind wooden battens. The mower cuts fairly well here, but I wonder whether I should have got the next model up, the Rotak 34, which has the grass combs? Not having tried it, I don't know whether this would be any better. | This is really cool. It would make a great gift for anyone especially the eco-conscious. It looks unusual, is a talking point for guests and it saves on electricity. I might get a few more and make a feature of them. You can even use them outside as they are waterproof. |

No more unsightly rotary lines spoiling the view as you relax outside. It is easy to install and has its own drilling template (don't shred the box it arrives in). It is compact, visually pleasing and has a cover when not in use to protect against the elements. There's enough room to hang a full load and I would've given it five stars except it doesn't rotate...well you can't have everything. All in all, an excellent product. |

| I don't normally post reviews but after my petrol mower died respectably of extreme old age I had to use a Flymo, or dragmo, which took forever and just left a scruffy mess of the lawn with grass cuttings all over the flower beds and paths. Based on the reviews here I ordered the Bosch on Sunday, it arrived today, and assembled very easily. Straight into the garden with it and I am delighted. It does cut to the edge, it cuts very neatly and is light and easy to handle. It picks up all the grass and just left me disappointed when I ran out of grass to cut! Roll on next week! |
