| This film is a marvelous combination of cinematic drama and wonderful music. Operatic experts quibble about the quality of the singing, but I think most people will hugely enjoy this emotional roller-coaster. |

| Some people consider "Bug's Life" as not being on the same level of quality as other Pixar productions, but I really can not agree with them. My daughter clearly wouldn't agree either. This is a very funny movie, with a lot of interesting innovations (we will never look at bugs in the same way, me and my family) and a kind of surprising kindness - even the bad guys are shown with some understanding (having chosen the life of parasite racketeers, they are now trapped by it - as much as their ant victims). The principal hero is possibly one of the most likeable characters I ever saw. A little warning - there is one scene at the end, of the final demise of the leader of grasshoppers, that can impress the littlest children (under 6) - otherwise this ... Read More |

| Simon Schama makes history interesting and ascessible to everyone. I would previously have changed channels when a history programme came on but I found his programmes fascinating-I've watched them three times so far and I'm still learning something new each time. He really gets inside the characters and the events of the time and brings them to life. |

| This video is very funny indeed as it contains nearly one hundred minutes of top comedy. Among the many highlights of this video are Wayne and Waynetta winning the lottery, Lee and Lance's song, the homeophobic dad, the Scousers in Spain, Kevin going to a party and the Toddlers painting together. Nearly every perfect sketch on this video is funny! Harry Enfield uses super characters with excellent catch phrases. 'I'm not your slave?' 'Calm down, calm down' and 'You don't wanna do it like that.' The one fault with this show is you can't really watch it more than twice without becoming slightly bored. Still great while it lasts. |

| Hard to surpass the action and suspense of the first series but an exellent show with plenty of both. A great follow-up and good to see Jack back on form too! |

| The first season of angel was about introducing us to the scenario of the vampire with a soul seeking redemption on the mean streets of Los Angeles with a few mixed helpers. However, the shows has developed unbelievably strongly from its earlier days as a sort of cop-show esque anthology about the team helping a different person every week. The events at the first season climax highlighted this, what with the return of the thorn in Angels side and the destruction of angel investigations hq. This second season sees a new hq that suits the show and the ever expanding cast perfectly, the introduction of the (initially) occassional character of the Host who, fo me, comes to challenge Wesley as the greatest character in the show, and finally we see a dark side to Angel. ... | I just watched this the other day, for old times sake. It was brilliant - better than I remembered. Whoever said that you can outgrow disney couldn't have been more wrong. I laughed and laughed along with my friend, and even if we were laughing at new found jokes, it didn't matter. It's definately worth buying. But if you're older, watch it with a friend to make it more enjoyable. |

| This is probably about ten percent of the original dialogue, and therefore it rolls along at a terrific pace. Having Richard arrive in a tank through a wall, must be the most dynamic entrance of any character in a Shakespeare play. You can suddenly see the origins of the pantomime Wicked Uncle figure in this piece as well, when he croons over the departing Little Princes 'So wise so young they say do never live long, come-let's to supper.' Fabulous! Don't miss it. |

| Tom's gargantuan reputation cannot conceal the fact that so many of his stories were terrible. aided and abetted by the smug Romana who cannot act to save her life and has to be put with comic buffoon males to make her look smart (ANYONE would be smarter than Brotodac and Gurgger!), Tom can barely hold the attention of the audience in this disposable outing. The main gripes are that this is basically a giant pantomime, like a lot of other stories after the end of the Hinchcliffe era, Invisible Enemy, Horns of Nimon, TimeLash, etc. But I think Dr.Who does pantomime very cleverly and the panto episodes are some of the show's most entertaining. twin Dilemma is a pantomime with a black heart and an unhinged Doctor, but this is just pointless and shallow.
