| Yes its nice and small, but what nobody has pointed out (i found out after i bought one) is that its only good for about 200mm distance from behind the camera (assuming your infra Red receiver on the camera is at the front. I have a Canon 450D and the receiver is front right ie near the hand grip.
This is no good for taking a picture from a few meters behind the camera. Very disappointing as this isn't pointed out anywhere. Ive now bought the Radio wireless remote (about £20+del) and that works to a max distance of 100m. If you just want to use this remote right at the camera or infront, you'll be fine. UPDATE.: used my new radio wireless remote now, and its awesome for my use, works from anywhere, never missed ... Read More |

| I have just received my scanner via Amazon and I have been able to produce some very good quality slides after some problems, which I have not yet solved, with the installation of the software. The Plustek software goes in easily and the Lasersoft appeared to do also but when I start mt computer it tells me each time that this is not installed. I find however that it is there somewhere. I discovered that if I tried to import a scan into paint Shop Pro 12 the TWAIN driver was there and I ws able to use it to produce good quality images. I am sure that when I get the software sorted I will have a very useful piece of kit.
