| the recliner was shipped in a used and broken condition. we could not even open it. in addition it was so heavy it could not be moved around easily.it was so bulky it could not be taken to a park or beach. it was rhe worst recliner i have ever seen. |

| I think the two chaise lounges I purchased are great! They are well built and easy to put together. I'm not concerned about any possible "bleeding" of the stain, which I have never seen on any product from Strathwood (and I have purchased four other products from them). Every year I apply new oil to the other Strathwood products, and I expect to do the same with the chaises-that is what is required with real wood if you want to have the brown look. |

| I have enjoyed this umbrella. It is large enough for two people. The quality is great. The ribs are strong enough to withstand reasonable wind gusts. |

| this is a great table for small ones, and easy to put together. i just wish it were a little bit sturdier/heavy. other than that i have no complaints. i just ensure we take the umbrella down every night/or when it's windy. great for what it is though! |

| This is a good sized box. We needed it to store our pool supplies, pool toys, cushions and etc. I was very pleased to get all the clutter off from the pool deck. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it was a little studier. We have to work at it to get the lid to shut correctly. If it isn't perfectly square, it doesn't shut right. I also wish that it would latch without having to mess with a lock. Other than that, it is a very good box and does what we need it to do. |

| Despite some initial misgivings from the youngest hammock afficionado in the family who was worried the rope construction wouldn't be comfortable, it took about five minutes of relaxing to change his mind. It dries easily, is soft and I don't worry about taking it down if a sudden wind or storm comes up. |

Delivered in GREAT time and in GREAT shape, however, after my husband and myself struggled for over an hour trying to put the tent up.... we called the tech. support for the tent (ez up) and found out that one IMPORTANT step was left off the directions. After guided through those steps - it was a breeze. Thanks for EVERYONE's support beginning with Amazon all the way through the vendor and tech support at the company.
After receiving a few phone calls regarding this "important" step - I thought it wise to tell you what that important step is..... When you get the tent ready to put up - push the BLACK square UP - extending the pole outward. It is really easy if you do this. Great product ... Read More |

| I purchased this chair and had to return it a few weeks later. I noticed a rivet was missing when I first set it up, but I determined the chair would be OK without it. Then after it was on the deck for a few weeks and it rained a few times, the chair was dripping rust all over our deck. Apparently the inside of the tubing is uncoated and it rusted everywhere.
I told Amazon about it and they sent me a return label to print, however I had to pay for the shipping and a restocking fee!! Restocking? It is a piece of junk. Give me a break!! |
